Purchase Process
In order to purchase your Season Pass, you will first need to fill out your Season Pass waiver at the link below. Once your waiver is reviewed by our team we will email you a link to purchase your Season Pass. Remember that each member of your family needs to fill out their waiver in order to purchase a Season Pass.
The deadline to fill out your Season Pass waiver is October 1 at 11:59pm PST in order to access Early Bird pricing. If you have filled out your waiver by that deadline, you will have 3 business days to complete your Season Pass purchase in person or over the phone. Waivers signed after that cut-off will not be eligible for Early Bird pricing.

Key Details
- A photo must be attached to your profile in order to activate your Season Pass.
- With our reusable RFID cards, simply fill out your online waiver and a link to purchase your Season Pass will be emailed to you. Click that link to complete your purchase and you'll be set to head direct-to-lift once we open this winter. You will only need to come into our Downtown Office or Guest Services if you purchase a Super Senior Pass, a Student Pass, or a Parent Pass. View our Exclusion of Liability here.
- If you have an existing RFID card, your Season Pass will automatically be loaded onto it and you can head direct-to-lift on Opening Day. If you do not have an existing RFID card, simply add one to your purchase for $7.50, then stop by our Downtown Office or Guest Services to pick it up and hold onto it for your next Whitewater visit.
- All Season Passes are valid from Whitewater's Opening Day until Whitewater's Closing Day of the winter season. Please note that passes are based on your age as of December 1, 2025.
- All Season Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable without the purchase of the Refund Option. GST is not included in the prices below.
- *The Installment Plan offers the option to pay for your Early Bird Season Pass in three payments between July 15 and September 15.*

Lockers
Locker renewals and waitlist requests can only be made by individuals who possess a valid Season Pass for the current season at Whitewater Ski Resort.
For those who rented a standard or premium locker last season, you have until October 1 to renew your locker at the link below. Then, please come to the Whitewater Head Office after Labour Day to register your locker.
If you don't renew your locker by October 1, you will forfeit your locker for the upcoming season.
For those who did not rent a locker last season or who are looking to upgrade from a regular to premium locker, you can add yourself to the appropriate locker waitlist at the link below. The premium locker waitlist is only available to those who rented a regular locker last year. Both locker waitlists are first-come, first-served.
