A Whitewater Release of Liability Waiver of Claims Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (The Release Agreement) must be signed prior to receiving your Season Pass or Loyalty Card.

Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
All guests redeeming a complimentary lift ticket are required to sign a Day Waiver.
All guests purchasing lift tickets or products for lift-serviced backcountry terrain are required to sign a Backcountry Access Waiver.
All guests using any of Whitewater’s rental products are required to sign a Rental Waiver.
All guests participating in a Whitewater event are required to sign a Special Events Waiver.
All volunteers that assist with Whitewater operations are required to sign a Volunteer Waiver.
