Purchase Process
In order to purchase your Season Pass, you will first need to fill out your Season Pass waiver at the link below. Once your waiver is reviewed by our team we will email you a link to purchase your Season Pass. Remember that each member of your family needs to fill out their waiver in order to purchase a Season Pass.
The deadline to fill out your Season Pass waiver is October 1 at 11:59pm PST in order to access Early Bird pricing. Waivers signed after that cut-off will not be eligible for Early Bird pricing.

Installment Plan
Our Early Bird Installment Plan is available for a limited time! This convenient payment option allows you to spread out the cost of your Season Pass across three payments, making it easier than ever to join us for an unforgettable winter.

Refund Option Policy
All Whitewater Ski Resort Season Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable without the purchase of the Refund Option.
We encourage all guests to consider purchasing the Refund Option as we have a strict policy in regard to issuing refunds. To protect the validity of the Refund Option, we ONLY consider refunds if the Refund Option was purchased.
Passholder Perks
Passholders receive discounts for Whitewater on-mountain dining, accommodations, lessons, retail, and rentals, as well as a number of free and discounted lift tickets to over a dozen incredible resorts across North America.
Several local Nelson establishments also show our community love with various Passholder-exclusive discounts throughout the winter season.
