Lift Ticket Information

When purchasing a ticket online you will be required to enter the name of the participant for each ticket purchased.  Once your transaction is completed you will receive a confirmation email which will include your transaction ID.  Photo ID, the transaction ID and the name of the participant associated with that ticket will be required to get your physical lift ticket. In lieu of the transaction ID a photo ID that matches the name of the participant is ok as well. Guests can present this information at the ticket window at the Guest Services building in the resort base area or at Glory Lodge to receive their Whitewater Mountain Resort Lift Ticket.

When purchasing a Discount/Reciprocal ticket product you will be required to present your transaction ID, name of the participant, and either your 50% Friends and Family Voucher or your season pass from a reciprocal mountain. Please ensure you purchase the proper ticket product as an incorrect ticket purchase may result in a refund and forfeiting the day on the slopes.

Any adjustments to ticket availability will only be made when deemed safe to do so.  This means that if a day is sold out, more tickets may or may not become available closer to that date.  All ticket availability adjustments will be made prior to 5pm.
 

All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-refundable with the exception of those suffering from COVID-19 symptoms. For the safety of our staff and guests, we are asking that anyone suffering from COVID-19 related symptoms remain home. We are also asking that those who have been asked to self isolate or quaruntine by their local health authority, have an appointment to get a COVID-19 test or have been in contact with someone who has to please remain home. All tickets will be fully refunded in the event that the resort must shut down due to government regulations or in the event that provincial borders (Canadian provinces only, not valid for US states) are shut down and guests are unable to arrive.

NOTE: Please familiarize yourself with our COVID-19 Policies, including that if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or are mandated by the government order to self-isolate that we ask that you do not visit the resort. Please ensure to contact us no later than 5pm the night before your arrival to ensure that we are able to roll over your ticket to the next available date.
