The Vision
With the development of Dynamite Creek, Whitewater will uphold its established culture of adventure and the shared passion for escaping to the mountains. This small-scale residential project will offer a one-time limited number of homes nestled along Dynamite Creek and encircled by peaks rising to 8,000 feet.
Whitewater’s priority is to preserve the powder-focused, backcountry-friendly spirit while making measured enhancements to the resort’s offerings. The emphasis remains on thoughtful evolution — adding terrain, improving access, and integrating low-impact residences that aligns with the mountain’s character.

The Layout
Dynamite Creek is a thoughtfully planned bare land strata development featuring 15 single-family lots, averaging 6,450 sq ft, ideal for building your alpine retreat.
Homes range from 3-bedroom designs up to 3,000 sq ft to 4-bedroom layouts reaching 3,500 sq ft, spread over 2 to 3 levels to optimize natural light, views, and flow. Nestled at the base of one of British Columbia’s most beloved ski resorts, each lot enjoys beautiful morning light and the perfect balance of community living with the freedom of detached homeownership.

Development Timeline
Pre-sales for the lots will begin in December 2025. Whitewater Mountain Resort is set to commence infrastructure construction in the summer of 2026, with water and septic system commissioning and final gravel road grading scheduled for 2027. The earliest possible start for home construction is fall 2027.
