Will You Ever Be Royal?
For all those King and Queen wannabes we have a competition (or four of them to be exact) for you!
Make no mistake - this is the best little big skiing contest around! The time has come, once again, to present the challenge of the King and Queen of Coldsmoke with the ultimate test of mountain prowess and festival savvy. This is basically a stage competition so King and Queen Contestants will participate in all 4 competitions over the Saturday and Sunday of Coldsmoke. We then tally scores and times for the events and based on our excruciatingly complicated spreadsheet calculations, the highest scoring male and female with be deemed King and Queen of Coldsmoke! This is a wildly satisfying endeavor and you need some support to be successful so bring in some of your own ??subjects??to help with your bid for the Coldsmokin??Crown. Basically, the fastest and the most rad earn the Crown and will be rightfully showered with huge gifts, kudos and apr?s ski accolades!
The four competitions conisist of:
ROAM Randonn?e (The long course)
The North Face Backcountry Olympics
Valhalla Pure Powder Keg Slopestyle
PRIZES, PRIZES, PRIZES!!! As if bragging rights aren't enough, the King and Queen will both recieve a 3 peice Arc'Teryx outfit (Gore-tex jacket, soft shell jacket, AND gore-tex pants), a sweet trophy to announce your fame AND a 2014/2015 Season Pass for Whitewater!
