Wetwater delivers
Wet and cold. Just ask the thirty participants in the annual Slush Cup. Things went off the Richter scale once again up at Whitewater this weekend- it was nice to be there with the family soaking in some rays, drinking some beer and even skiing a new line (got off route...). When it rains it pours up there- Dog's Leg cornice finally let go, the cops showed up and random non-skiing partier hippies spilled out onto the deck for the last weekend of the year. Nothing says spring more than the Slush Cup. According to Anne Pigeon it's been ten years since the last time the sun came out for the event and, true to form, the balmy conditions brought out the best in people (and probably had something to do with the topless antics...).Anyway, here's everyone's chance to thank the staff for keeping things real up there. Nobody gets hurt but everyone has a great time. Thanks to all the staff for another amazing season!(oh and by the way there was one more day left up there)SO
