Time's-a-wastin'

With only 29 days (or 203 hours) left in the Whitewater Ski Resort season if you are not getting up to the hill to ski/ride or accessing the backcountry to rip some fresh lines then you may just be missing out.Luckily today was daylight savings time which means that not only do we get another hour of precious light at the end of the day for that extra long day tour - it means that Whitewater is now open from 9:00 - 4:00 each and every day. The chairs will now continue to round the bullwheel for an additional 15 minutes each day. Not much you say? Well, over the next four weeks this adds up to 435 minutes or 7.25 hours - almost a full bonus day of skiing/riding to be had.What are you going to do with it? I say don't waste it - get on up to Whitewater and rip the resort or get in some backcountry skiing as it is time well spent and something none of us should waste.www.backcountryskiingcanada.com
