Surfs up!

I convinced a friend to come up to Whitewater today who hadn't been there for 2 years! I got to see WW through fresh eyes. The snow was light, fluffy and abundant. Every turn sounded like we were opening a pop bottle - you know the fizz sound? We skied until our legs burned, breaking only for the odd facewash (see below). Did I mention the sunshine? Lunch was spent soakin' up the sun on the deck and catching up with everyone from town. We watched the Slush Cup where one guy landed switch on the pond and made it to the other side - yes switch. Classy. So, was it the best day of the season? I think so. But there's always this week and next weekend!
