Pro Delinquent Day

Education is a big deal. We all know that our children are the future. Bigger than any environmental innitiative, or economic stimulus package. Great children who lead great lives full of great influence end up being great people. And there is nothing, absolutely nothing, more important to the world right now than great people. So, teasing my 13 year old with the option of going touring last Friday if he got all his homework done seemed like a fair thing to do. Turned out all his hardwork paid off. Blower powder, sunny skies and wicked untracked lines down the Summit side of Whitewater on an amazing base had him attentive, focused and full of questions. We studied gear management, route selection, the value of communication and teamwork. And he scored great grades. A beautiful, lesson filled day in a classroom unrivaled in opportunity. It's good out there right now folks. Take your kids.
