Powder Highway Ski Bum Chosen

The Ultimate Ski Bum has been chosen!

Chris Tatsuno from Snowmass Village, Colorado, USA was selected from a hundred incredibly creative video entries to be the Powder Highway Ultimate Ski Bum.

??Awesome, I can?۪t wait to cruise the Powder Highway,?۝ exclaimed Chris.

Chris is extremely excited about touring the Powder Highway from Jan 1 to Mar 31, 2010 and experiencing a winter full of resort skiing as well as an unimaginable sixteen days of heli and cat skiing.

The Powder Highway Ultimate Ski Bum Blow Your Mind Contest kicked off on October 5, 2009 and offered contestants the opportunity to win the Greatest Winter Getaway ever offered. Over 18,000 Ski Bums from around the world have viewed the highly entertaining contest intro video which spelled out the contest prize. Three months of free resort skiing and powder shots at Revelstoke, Kicking Horse, Panorama, Fairmont, Kimberley, Fernie, Red Mountain and Whitewater, sixteen days of heli and cat skiing (oh yeah), plus a car and cozy accommodation for the winter.

Contestants submitted 90 second video entries explaining why they should be the Ultimate Ski Bum, and why they deserved to have their mind blown by all that the Powder Highway has to offer. At the deadline there were some exceptional video entries and it was a very close contest, but in the end only one entry could come out on top.
