Grilled Sriracha Prawn Wraps and Elk Quesedillas!

Elk and Prawn in the SAME week? I know, we spoil you. Our Grilled Sriracha Prawn wrap was tested out on our neighbors in Castlegar at Sunfest, and it was a HIT! So we're bringing it back for a limited time to let our Nelson fans have a taste. Sriracha is a popluar hot sauce made from sun ripened chilis and garlic, it's a delicious flavor to this already scrumptious dish. The elk from our Elk Quesedillas is provided to us by our friends at Hills Foods. Hills Foods is a Canadian company that excels at providing a wide variety of high quality, Canadian-sourced specialty meats and poutlry. Their selection keeps us intrigued and inspired to provide healthy and unique dishes. Too hard to choose? Try the Prawn Wrap for lunch and the Elk for dinner!
