From all of us at Whitewater, THANK YOU!

While riding the chair this winter and chatting with people over a pint or a poutine I was able to get sense of what people enjoyed most about their winter.

A lot of people focused on their technical skills, others tested various kinds of skis or boards that they had never tried before but most of all winter enthusiasts saw this year a unique opportunity to teach someone else about their love for the sport of skiing/riding. Some of the best comments I heard all season were about the quality family time that was spent up at Whitewater this year.

Whether it was the mild temps that made it so appealing for small kids to get out in the snow or the incredible amount of sunshine we got this year, it was a phenomenal year for first timers to get comfortable on the slopes. Families of all ages, sizes and athletic ability came out to spend their time together in the mountains, in the sunshine, in the snow.

We are so happy to be able to provide a place where we can all disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with one another and it wouldn't be nearly as special without all of you there to create this incredible community of skiers, boarders, winter lovers!

THANK YOU from all of us at Whitewater to all of you who came once, or dozens of times to ski, ride and reconnect with us this year. You made it a memorable one.

Sledding, tobogganing and tubing are also NOT PERMITTED within the ski area boundary. Hiking and touring in the off season is Not Recommended as a variety of natural and man made hazards exist such as avalanches, heavy duty equipment, lift maintenance, etc. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
