2014 Coldsmoke Powder Fest Competition Results!
Such a great atmosphere this weekend and THANK YOU to Mother Nature for incredible conditions. Coldsmoke has been known to deliver pow, and this year was no exception. Nice cold temps kept the snow in great conditions, and warm enough temps to keep our Coldsmoke Village vendors warm!
But enough about the weather. Let's get down to the RESULTS! I should mention, that these are results are only from 4 out of the 5 competitions that we have and seriously, everyone who attended a clinic was a winner! The Poker Run. Congratulations to Teams GROOMER BUSTERS and KOOTENAY ANTI KAOS for the tie on Best Costume! Honorable mentions go to SUPER DIRTBAGZ for staying roped together for the entire race (part of their costume) including during the glalom race! More pictures coming soon!

Last but NOT least.....The 2014 King and Queen of Coldsmoke RESULTS! Congratulations to Mitch Ryan for holding his title, and welcome to our NEW Queen of Coldsmoke, Ali Schroeder! MAJOR credit goes to Orea Brown-Dahl for competing most of the events on Sunday in a wedding gown! The costume was for the Poker Run, but she continued to wear it in the North Face Backcountry Olympics, which was great entertainment. Thanks Orea, for bringing a great energy to every event this year!
